Stop The Shaking
The Big California earthquake was imminent. There was only one way to stop it. Human sacrifice! That's what the voices in Herbert William Mullin's head told him. The Vietnam War was winding down by late 1972 and there would no longer be enough American deaths to forestall the earthquake. Mullin would need to start killing people in order to have enough deaths to prevent the earthquake. He killed 13 people between October 13, 1972 and February 13, 1973. California still shakes.
