Wild Bill predicted this year there would be 60 deaths by the use of guns in Kern County by the end of July. He was right. He doesn't like being wrong, so, he stayed out all night on the 31st in case he had to increase the count himself. For Kern County, that's about 1 gunshot per 14,500 people which is really low considering there is an average of 1 gun per three people in the county not counting law enforcement.
The above is all hog wash except the 60 gun deaths by the end of July 2016. The gun ratio to people is probably like 10 guns to one person. This is Kern County.
