This was our second photowalk we had ever done. It was shortly after our first photowalk in Santa Monica, California. It was also our second photowalk with Trey Ratcliff hosting. My total approach to photography changed after seeing some of Trey's work. I was blown away. Shari will tell you that before HDR exposure, I was a straight arrow photographer; by the book. Tunnelvision. After months of prompting, Shari finally got me to use Snapseed where I found I really liked the grunge look and then, she got me to use Lightroom. What was I thinking? Obviously, I wasn't. It was a short step to textures and Photoshop next. I really like the idea that I can take a photo and post process 4 billion different ways. Or, you and I can take the same scene and mine is going to look a lot different. After all these years, I think the flashbacks have finally arrived and I like it!
